(2019) Are you a good speller? Even the best have difficulty when words contain one or more “silent letters.”
Especially after a few glasses of wine.
On this week’s show, we taste a couple of bottles of Northwest-made Pinot Gris. Noting the silent letters in the varietal, we use other words contain silent letters to describe the wine, and the evening really gets fun! Put down your child’s #SpellingList, this game is definitely for grown-ups only.
So, grab a glass of wine, and get ready for some fun! We’ll taste two wines, talk about them, play a game, then reveal what we’ve been tasting…all in about 10 minutes. The idea is to encourage you to try the same wines, and support our local producers! If you’re on Facebook, like us (NorthwestWineNight).
