(VIDEO) Episode 59 – Imbibing Idioms

(2019)  Well #SpeakOfTheDevil, #TimeFliesWhenYoureHavingFun tasting two completely different Northwest-made beers in what we call our Grab Bag category.

On this week’s Northwest Bar Night, host Brian Calvert invokes the world of idioms, finding the most commonly overused cliches and phrases, and making the panelists describe their beers with them.  The category is enjoyable enough because the beers are so unique and different, but when you add some over-used phrases and lots of laughter, this becomes another unforgettable night at the bar.

Enjoy this edition of Northwest Bar Night as we taste two products, then play a game to better describe these great beverages.  And we do it all from the confines of “The Factory Luxe” at the Old Rainier Brewery! Don’t forget to follow our social media stream on Facebook (we’re NorthwestBarNight) and on Twitter (where we’re @NWBarNight).

This Episode’s Category:  Grab Bag

Remember, this is a blind tasting.  We only identify the drinks as “Green” and “Blue.”  Once the panel tastes the drinks and picks a favorite, we reveal what they’re drinking.
